The ECOWAS Community Development Programme (CDP) aims at translating the achievement of the ECOWAS Vision 2020 into concrete projects within a consistent framework. This report presents the result of an empirical analysis of priority existing projects and programmes of the ECOWAS Commission. It presents different scenarios of major investment projects and shows their potential impact in the short, medium and long term on economic, social and environmental indicators following the implementation of the CDP.
