Vadim has more than 20 years of experience in developing large infrastructure. His professional expertise ranges from water and sanitation facilities to transport and energy projects. He has worked in Spain, France, Australia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Cambodia and Thailand, partnering with governments and public authorities at large to help them cover their infrastructure needs. Convinced of the role that redesigning engineered systems can play in achieving sustainable human prosperity, he joined the Millennium Institute to expand the use of integrated modelling and simulation among policy makers and help reaching the change we need. Vadim holds a Master degree in Civil Engineering with a major in Computational Mechanics and a Professional Certificate in System Dynamics.
