Moulaye Bamba

Economist & Policy Analyst

Moulaye is a modeler and experienced economist with a strong background in Macro-modeling, public spending management, and fiscal policy. His work focuses on the analysis of economic sectors and fiscal sustainability of scenarios, and the development of suitable models to make a connection between DSGE and SD approaches. Moulaye’s experience spans several international organizations, including the World Bank, the African Development Bank, the Central Bank of Western African States, and the UNDP.
He holds a PhD. in Macroeconomics (Fiscal Policy and Public Spending Management) and Master’s in Development Economics from Clermont Auvergne University (France), and a Bachelor in Statistics from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d'Economie Appliquée (Côte d’Ivoire).
