As Data Systems Analyst, Emil is responsible for developing Millennium Institute’s internal data processes, as well as for improving the way data is interpreted and utilized within the iSDG framework. His interests lie in sustainable natural resource management and biodiversity conservation, as well as in interdisciplinary approaches to problem-solving. Emil holds a BA in International Relations and European Studies from Babeș-Bolyai University, a MSc in Public Management degree from the University of Palermo, a MSc in Business Administration from Radboud University, and a MPhil in System Dynamics degree from the University of Bergen.
