Cynthia specializes in integrating Systems Thinking and Sustainable Development to design sustainable solutions for chronic environmental, social, and economic problems. Before joining MI, Cynthia worked on multiple projects aimed at implementing a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary approach to food security. She has also contributed to projects in various sectors, including peace-building and conflict analysis, wildlife conservation, solid waste management, green entrepreneurship, and local public authority reform, spanning the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa region. Cynthia holds a BE in Civil Engineering and an MSc in System Dynamics from the European Master's program.
