Carla Susana is a Management Engineer with a master in System Dynamics from the University of Bergen. Her specialties are in policy simulation, strategic planning, decision-making, and data science. Carla Susana has worked with partners such as UNEP in Uruguay and Peru to develop simulation models for Green Economy policy assessments. She has also conducted simulation and quantitative analyses for development of decision-making tools for complex problems in the energy, food and health sectors. Before joining the Millennium Institute, Carla Susana worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers and as an analyst and consulted for the World Bank on carbon offset projects and climate change adaptation in Latin America and the Caribbean.
