Please follow the steps below to submit your application for the System Dynamics Based Development Planning course. The application procedure is the same for all modules of the course. Please note that you are required to fill the application for admission as guest student to the University of Bergen in order to obtain a visa to enter Norway.

  1. Download and complete the application form. Please enclose a copy of your undergraduate or graduate diplomas.
  2. Send the completed form to . You will receive confirmation of receipt within two business days.
  3. Within two weeks, you will receive notice of acceptance of your application and instructions for payment from Millennium Institute.
  4. You will thereafter receive instructions about visa application.

There are three fee structures: (A) regular fee, for participants from developed countries; (B) developing countries fee, for participants from developing countries and nonprofit organizations (World Bank classification of low/high income countries); and (C) university student and staff fee, for participants from the academic community. Groups of three or more participants also receive a 5% discount off the course fee.

Participants or their organizations are responsible for travel costs and subsistence costs (estimated at USD 600 per week). On-campus accommodation is usually available during this period.
